pennington cleansing foot patches are simply applied to the soles of your feet overnight. natural and non-intrusive, they assist your body to cleanse.
directions:
remove the backing from the adhesive sheet and place the
foot patch in the centre making sure that the writing on the
patch is face down. this ensures that the mesh surface side of
the patch will be in contact with your foot. position the patch on the sole of your foot and smooth over the patch to ensure it is securely attached. allow 8 to 12 hours before removing the patches from your feet. you will notice the amount of waste that appears on the patches in the morning appearing like brown toffee. this is normal and as your program progresses you will notice the patches will start to become clearer.
