what are cleansing foot patches?
cleansing foot patches are simply applied to the soles of your feet overnight and work in a natural non intrusive way.

everyday we absorb toxins from the enviroment, the food we consume and synthetic products.

application:
  • remove the backing from the adhesive sheet
  • place the foot patch in the centre of the adhesive sheet making sure that the writing on the patch is face down. this
    ensures that the mesh surface of the patch will be in contact with the foot.
  • apply the patches to the sole of each foot. smooth over the patch to ensure it is securely attached.
  • allow 8 hours for the patch to most effective
  • by the morning you will notice the patches will have changed colour, become sticky and may have a peculiar smell. this is normal and as your program progresses they will become
    clearer.
    • you can experiment by placing the patches on different positions of the foot.

        how long should I use cleansing foot patches?
        this really depends on the individual. the amount of waste that appears on the patches is the best guide. if after the 7-day program the patches have become clear then this is enough. should the patches still be full after 7 days you may need to repeat the program. you can repeat the program as often as you like.
