How much does it cost to receive my order?Pennington charge a flat rate of $5.95 for postage and handling anywhere in Australia.

How long will it take?
Pennington sends all orders by Australia Post and you can expect your products to arrive with in 5 working days depending on where you live in Australia.

Delivery Guarantee
Pennington make every effort to ensure your products are always available however should we be temporarily out of stock we will email you to inform you of when they will be. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready.

Delivery Conditions:
Pennington recommend that you choose a delivery point where somewhere is available to receive the parcel. Should no one be home Australia Post will leave a delivery card so you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

Receipt
All Pennington customers receive a receipt of purchase.  This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt provided products are in stock. All credit cards will be debited on dispatch of order.

Confirmation we have received your order:
Once you click the ‘submit order” button you will notice a screen that says “Thank you for your order”. This is your first sign that the order is being sent. You will also receive an email from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order.

Orders outside of Australia:
